By accessing or using SongVow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. SongVow reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
SongVow is a personalized song creation platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate custom lyrics and music based on details you provide. Songs are created as gifts and delivered via a shareable gift page with an audio player.
All orders are processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed in US dollars. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price for your selected plan. All sales are final once song creation has begun. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed.
All plans include one (1) free revision. When you request a revision, a new song will be created based on your feedback. The revision permanently replaces the original song. The original version cannot be recovered once a revision is submitted. Additional revisions beyond the included free revision are not available.
All songs, lyrics, and behind-the-scenes content are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain imperfections. SongVow does not guarantee that AI output will be free from errors, and each song is unique. We make no representations that the generated music will match any specific artist, style, or sound exactly.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your song for personal, non-commercial purposes including sharing with the intended recipient, playing at personal events, and posting on personal social media. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use the song for commercial purposes including advertising, broadcasts, or commercial performances. SongVow retains all rights to the underlying AI-generated content and the platform itself.
You are solely responsible for the content you provide, including stories, names, photos, and gift messages. You agree not to submit content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or that infringes on the rights of others. SongVow reserves the right to refuse or remove any order that contains inappropriate content.
Gift pages are publicly accessible to anyone with the unique link. SongVow is not responsible for unauthorized sharing of gift page links. We do not control who views, shares, or saves content from gift pages once the link is distributed.
Due to the custom nature of our product, all sales are final once song creation has begun. If there is a technical issue preventing delivery of your song, we will either resolve the issue or provide a full refund. If you are unsatisfied with your song, you may use your included free revision to request changes.
SongVow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SongVow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.
We strive to maintain the Service and all gift pages, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any significant changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which SongVow operates.
